Ed has moved across five states — from New York City to a town in Southern Utah with one traffic light, two by the time he left. He knows what it takes to land somewhere unfamiliar and make it home, and that experience shapes how he works with people in the middle of a move.

 

Most of his clients are in transition. Relocating for work. Downsizing after the kids are gone. Settling a parent’s estate. Buying a first house in a town they’re still learning. What those situations share is that the real estate piece is only one part of what’s happening, and the agent’s job is to keep it from becoming the hard part.

 

Ed grew up in his family’s truck stops and sandwich shops, where the standard was simple and unforgiving: serve people well enough that they come back tomorrow. He brought that into real estate. He answers the phone. He tells clients what he actually thinks a house will sell for, not what they want to hear. He does the work before a listing goes live rather than after it has sat.

 

He works across New Jersey and Pennsylvania as part of the Lenny Ginchereau Group at Keller Williams Realty in Moorestown.
